Ordering
Orders are processed each day and will be shipped within 3-5 business days once the funds for each order have been processed and cleared. If for any reason an order or the funds are not able to be fulfilled or processed, an email will be sent to the customer within 72 hours informing that person of the situation, and of any necessary steps that may be required before completing the transaction.
 
Shipping
Shipping charges will be applied to all orders. SOS OUTDOORS strives to keep shipping costs to our customers at a minimum by reducing number of containers, and choosing the most economical and reliable services.  For all shipping concerns, contact shipping@sosoutdoors.com. All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after funds have cleared for that order.  You may also contact our shipping department at shipping@sosoutdoors.com to request express shipping.
 
Guarantee & Returns
SOS OUTDOORS offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products you may return them for a full refund of the purchase price.( a 15% restocking fee will apply). All nondefective returns must be replaced in their original, unmarked packaging, and include all of their original instructions, packaging, etc. After 30 days, all defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer. After notifying our return department, an E-mail will be sent to you within 72 hrs confirming authorization, as well providing information on how to proceed.
 
Back Orders
Although SOS OUTDOORS strives to keep an adequate inventory, high demand of certain products may result in back logs. However, if an order cannot be processed and sent within 5-7 business days the customer will receive and email or a phone call explaining the delay and when the order is expected to be shipped.
 
Liability
SOS OUTDOORS will not accept any responsibility for losses or medical claims due to misuse, neglect, mishandling or improper storage of any products purchased from our site. Please read manufacturers instructions that are provided with each product to be sure of any precautions or misuses.

SOS OUTDOORS respects your privacy and appreciates your trust. Therefore, we will never sell, offer or trade your personal credit card information with any other company or third party.
 
Pricing
SOS OUTDOORS strives to bring you the lowest prices on the best outdoor safety and survival gear available. New products may be added frequently, and errors in descriptions or pricing, although not common, may occur. SOS OUTDOORS will not  be held liable for such errors. Customers will be notified immediately of  pricing or description problems that may be related to an order.
